Chrono began with a simple mission: Tell the truth about time.
While other firms were selling "fantasy schedules" to keep clients happy, we built schedules that reflected the ugly reality of the field. We used Primavera P6 and Excel to give Directors the data they actually needed, not the data they wanted to hear.
But scheduling was just the beginning.
We realized that a perfect schedule is useless if the execution is flawed. We saw clients drowning in "consultant bloat"—paying for armies of coordinators who didn't know the scope.
The Evolution:
Today, Chrono has evolved. We have amalgamated our capabilities (formerly operating as Tactrl) into a single, Full Turnkey Group.
We don't just tell you when the work will happen. We ensure it does happen.

We operate out of Cold Lake and Bonnyville.
We aren't flying in from Toronto or Houston to tell you how to run an Alberta oil sands plant. We live here. We work here. We know the difference between a thermal plant and a gas plant because we've walked them both.
We are small enough to be nimble ("David"), but experienced enough to take down the biggest challenges the industry can throw at us ("Goliath").
