The Objective:

THE FOUNDATION.

We develop the initial timeline and identify the Long Lead items. If you need a specialized exchanger from Italy, we order it now—not when the crane is waiting.

The Deliverable:

Level 1 Schedule & Resource Loading Plan.

We identify exactly how many people you need, preventing the "staffing panic" that leads to over-hiring later.

PLAN & DETAIL (THE FREEZE)

Timeline:

T-Minus 9-12 Months

The Objective:

SCOPE FREEZE (THE KILL ZONE).

This is where we win the budget battle. We finalize vendor engagements and produce a Class V Cost Estimate (+/- 30%). Then, we freeze the scope.

The Deliverable:

Detailed Job Packages & Vendor Quotes.

SCHEDULE & COST INTEGRATION

Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) & Risk Register.

ACCEPTANCE & PRE-WORK

MOBILIZATION.
